Locally owned & operated waste hauler is looking for a fun, energetic person to join our Team! We are currently hiring for a HR/ Benefits Coordinator.
Duties would include (but not limited to):
• New Hires
Posting Help wanted Ads
Assisting in interviews
Pre-employment verification's
New Employee Enrollment paperwork
• Terminations
• Payroll – Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
• A/R
• Manage Health Insurance benefits
• Processing HSA Applications
• Monthly Auditing of Benefits Billing
• 401(k) Enrollment & Management
• Census Paperwork
• Provide various clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Guidance and Support to other Managers on HR related matters, including performance issues and corrective actions
• Maintain DOT files
• Coordinating and Tracking Drug Testing
• Maintain Medical Certificates and Drivers Licenses
• Work-comp Injury paperwork and Return-to-Duty procedures
• Employee Relations
Handle employee related issues
Conflict resolution
Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
Evaluations and Reprimands
Enhancing Employee morale and engagement
Expectations:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to interface with staff and management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Problem solving skills with ability to work through challenges
• Be comfortable functioning in an ever-evolving environment
• Able to work prolonged periods at a desk/ on a computer
• Occasional travel to our Missoula branch
Hours can be Flexible. Pay DOE. Benefits for full time employees include: Health, Vision, Dental, Accident & Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match up to 3%, Holiday Pay & Vacation Pay
