Family of 5 relocating to Montana in June looking for a house or townhouse house for rent June/early July 2026. Preferred 3 bedroom with 2 baths and yard (garage would also be great). Looking for a year lease.

Bonus :
We own a painting/ construction buisness and can renovate if needed whether it be a deal on rent or a contract in near future- can provide photos and references if needed.

Budget : our budget is no more then $2300


History: We have been with same landlord for 7 years now never missed a payment and have done many projects for them ( I can provide there number upon request)
