Hi there,
I am a 38-year-old professional seeking a unique housing situation in or near the Bozeman area. For the last 7 years, I have lived on and cared for a large property on the Gallatin River. I am looking for my next long-term home—ideally a guest house, ADU, or quiet rental—where I can have space for a garden and contribute to the property depending on your needs!
I work full-time for a local non-profit managing stream and wetland restoration projects. My professional background gives me a deep respect for Montana's land and water. I am a single, quiet, and reliable tenant who values a peaceful environment and treats a property as if it were my own. I love having a garden and am happy to share the bounty with you. In my current setup, I mow the lawn, clear the snow, do light maintenance around the house, and handle general housekeeping (arranging a plumber, getting the house ready for visiting guests, etc.). This has worked out great for both the landowner and me, and I would love to find another similar situation.
I have excellent local references from my current property owner on the Gallatin. If you have a property that would benefit from a tenant who understands land management and takes pride in where he lives, I’d love to hear from you. (Garden space not required!)
