Kune Kune boar piglets / boarlings - $250

I have a couple Kune Kune boarlings ready to go June 5th at 10 weeks old. If they aren't reserved this week they will be castrated. I also have gilts available.

KuneKune pigs are a smaller breed of pig. They take longer to grow to market weight but can be raised on pasture/hay with very little grain. Infact they shouldn't be fed too much grain at all, but it's good for the mineral content. They make great homestead pigs because they can be used as an "easier to handle/process" meat pig or they are just a fun pet pig to have on the farm.
KuneKune are easy going, friendly, don't root as much as other breeds, and they have nice red marbled meat. These are very social animals and it is best to raise two or more together. Housing requirements are minimal. They just need a dry draft-free shelter. Electric fencing works well for mine to rotate them on pasture.
Both parents on site. These piglets get a lot of attention and are very friendly. They will have first round of dewormer.
50$ deposit required to hold a piglet that will go toward the overall cost.
Please email with any questions.
