• Churchill Majestic 903G ET

Thank you in advance for considering the Hereford Breed and most specifically our 4-H Polled Herefords. My females were hand selected with lots of help from Livestock Mentorship Professionals who I'm forever grateful. My herd has grown with multiple calf crops out of the highest quality bulls possible through the AI process. In 2018 one of my bulls was the AHA Jr. Reserve Champion at the NILE in Billings. The sires were chosen by analyzing both structure and genetics. Both my dam and sire genetics have come together to produce a great group of bulls that I’m sure will please due to their soundness, stoutness, and well-balanced structures that come together to present an easy moving animal that still has great disposition. With the purchase of a 4-H Polled Hereford bull, I can ensure you're getting “Leading Edge Genetics” and extend my appreciation for your supporting my current Veterinarian Medical tuition.

• Private Treaty Yearling Bulls
• Affordable Leading-Edge Genetics
• Structurally Sound
• Quiet Disposition
• CHB$$

Baldy Facts;
Heterosis, or hybrid vigor, is the performance advantage crossbreds yield over the average of their straight bred parents. Maximum heterosis is realized in the first cross of distinctly different parents. Heterosis and complementarity are powerful forces that combine to produce the total advantage of beef cattle crossbreeding. It's an advantage that can amount to as much as 25% greater lifetime productivity — pounds of calf weaned per cow exposed — for crossbred cows as compared to straight bred cows, says Jim Gosey, recently retired University of Nebraska (UN) Extension beef specialist.

Yearling bulls are selling private treaty in the $3500 to $4000 price range depending on the number of bulls purchased. The American Hereford Association registration fees are available for an additional cost. All the bulls are located in the Helena Montana area.

Note: Available yearling bulls for early turn out consist of #308 and #311. These bulls were born January 2023 and should be ready to breed as early as April 2024 pending semen testing. We have a couple younger bulls to be offered for late or fall calvers. In addition, we also have some private treaty registered yearling females offered for the first time ever. The females are offered open or bred pending your program.

Please "reply email" to this Craig’s List Ad if you’re interested in a bull or registered females. Include a good day time phone number in your reply email and I'll give you a call to discuss our private treaty sale offerings and schedule a visit to check them out.
