Dry Creek Stables currently has openings in both our group pens and private stall runs.
Multiple large group pens let us find the best fit for each horse, based on feeding needs and personalities.
High quality, locally grown hay is fed with slow feed nets, with options for free choice hay or twice a day feeding. Group pens have shelters, auto waterers, and salt and mineral blocks.
Private pens feature 12×12 matted stalls with attached 20x30 runs. These are fed hay twice daily to the need of the individual horse, and cleaned daily. Heated water tubs on timers are provided for winter.
We have an indoor arena; outdoor arena, round pen, hot walker, and trail obstacle course; plus access to private trail riding on neighboring property.
The barn with veterinary stocks, lay up stalls, etc. is available for boarder use. Board also includes either trailer parking or tack storage space. Add on services such as feeding grain and supplements, or blanketing, are available as well.
DCS has been owned and operated for the past 8 years by a knowledgeable lifetime horse person who lives on site.
We have built strong relationships with multiple vets, farriers, etc, in the area, and can help you get established with providers if needed.
