size / dimensions: 16’ x 7.5’
Super well-insulated 100 sq foot tiny house on twin-axel trailer for sale.

Two YouTube videos with details here:

What it has:

6" insulation in the walls and 10" insulation in the pitched roof and 12" insulation in the flat roof. SIP construction (Structural Insulated Panels) from Big Sky R-Control Insulation in Belgrade.

Custom Cabinetry is a beautiful Knotty Alder.

High-quality windows (the largest one is a Triple-Pane Millgard) on every side of the house.

Functional LED lights in the ceiling. Electrical radiant heat is installed under the floor.

50A power plug with cable for connecting to generator (not included) or shore power.

Breaker box with 6 breakers and wires for 110V and 240V. GFI outlets in kitchen with 20A each for running appliances.

The floor of the trailer is also insulated. The floor of the trailer is a waterproof, epoxy-stone finish.

The trailer has electric brakes. Door has been painted dark brown and metal skirt around exterior base of the house has been painted blue. Some of the photos are from before these were painted.

What it needs.
Needs trim work completed. Plumbing still needs to be added. Space is allocated for a water tank, pressure vessel, and pump. The counter is sized for a large sink, but the sink needs to be installed. The countertop needs an epoxy coating. The shower/toilet area is waterproofed but does not have a shower head or a composting toilet. Has a space allocated for a futon, but this has not been purchased yet.

This tiny house was driven 1400 miles after the exterior was finished. I was building this to live in it in Montana, but life has gotten a lot busier in the last few years, and I just don't have time to finish it.
