J.W. Heist Steakhouse is a sister restaurant and newest addition to the restaurant group that brought you Plonk. Our environment and food is intended to embody the ambiance and structure one would expect from a metropolitan, classic steakhouse. We will offer fresh seafood, classic starters, entrees and, of course, a meticulous selection of prime beef from the Northwest. Most every cooked item will be executed over a white oak wood fire.

Cook requirements-

1 year minimum line cook experience

Be able to work well with the team

Take direction well

Strong interest in expanding and improving culinary skills

Basic daily station prep

Prep cook requirements-

1 year line/prep cook experience

Work closely with our sous chef/ purchasing manger

Able to follow restaurants standard recipes

Interested in cooking as a career.
