We are seeking a reliable Deli Associate to join our morning team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience with customer service and retail or food service. We are looking for energetic, reliable candidates with a passion for local food who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.
Responsibilities:
Making breakfast & lunch specials
Making sandwiches
Waiting on customers
Using our point-of-sale system
Answering phones
Stocking
Slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables
Organizing walk-in pop-cooler & stockrooms
Putting away deliveries
Cleaning
Candidate must also:
Demonstrate the ability to work well with customers & co-workers
Communicate effectively with co-workers, especially during busy periods
Possess knowledge of local cuisine and products
Demonstrate experience in customer service or retail operations
