Sawyers is a new Tavern located between Gallatin Gateway and Four Corners on 191. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all patrons enjoy a memorable experience. Experience with Square POS system, along with a solid understanding of food safety and food handling procedures, is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, sales abilities, and basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail math.
Duties include but not limited to:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using retail math skills
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and beverage laws
Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Previous bartending experience in dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments preferred
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage industry trends is a plus
Experience working in hospitality or retail settings involving cash handling and cashiering duties
Ability to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed
