The Barista position entails a mix of responsibilities and skills, including craft coffee making, natural customer service, and overall workplace management. It's a challenging position that requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The Barista shifts start early (6:00 - 6:30 am or so) and end early (anywhere from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm). We offer a great work environment, competitive pay, thorough training, and all the coffee you can drink without exploding. Part-time or near full-time hours are available. Shifts will include at least some weekend work, and we're hiring with the intention of work continuing on into summer and beyond.
Compensation starts at $12 per hour plus an additional $8 to $10 per hour in tips.
