We are looking for an experienced and professional assistant Managers and General Manager to join our team. Interested candidates should look forward to helping train employees for a new quick service dining experience coming to Belgrade soon! This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, as well as ensuring that all employees are providing exceptional customer service and quality products. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring that all staff are following procedures
Manage inventory and food items and ensure that all items are appropriately stored and rotated
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
Assist with scheduling, hiring, and training of staff
Monitor restaurant sales and budgeting
Ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Manager Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Valid food handler’s certification
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
