Employee Testimonial-

From my first phone call with the administrative staff at Constructive Solutions I could tell this was the company I wanted to be a part of. Right away I had the impression that the company culture at CSI is one that promotes professionalism, camaraderie, and a cohesive work environment. The people at CSI are a tight-knit group and this shows in their work. Everyone who works here is respectful and outgoing; by the end of my first day everyone knew my name.

Working at CSI has been an enriching and educational experience. Working alongside a team with specialists in every aspect of construction has provided me with the opportunity to learn new skills every day. We work on a wide variety of projects, and every morning before work I am excited to learn what jobs are on the table. I have, in a single week, replaced a century old wood floor, framed an office, installed windows, and learned the basics of masonry. Each day brings a new challenge, and that is what really makes this job fun.

The people are what led me to come aboard at CSI. The diversity of the projects is what makes the work exciting. But the opportunities for advancement are the reason to stay. Rob Evans, the owner of CSI, requires his employees to work to their full potential, and hard work is rewarded. I am currently learning, through experience, that working at CSI is an opportunity to climb the ranks of a great company.
