Key Responsibilities
• Greet & assist customers
• Answer phone and assist with orders
• Process sales accurately using our POS system
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
Key Qualities and Skills:
• Enthusiasm for customer care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, organized, and thorough
• Think on your feet, handle unexpected situations with grace, and find creative solutions
• Work well with a team and enjoy supporting your coworkers
• Bring warmth and optimism to the workplace
• Interest in Flowers: Previous floral experience is a plus, but not required—however, a willingness to learn is essential!
