This 14’ fiberglass canoe is a 1 of 5 that were handmade for a hunting lodge in Canada. With its square stern to mount an electric motor on, it was used specifically to pack camp in and out, as well as haul big game. The owner that designed and built the 5 canoes used them to transport 2-3 men, their camp along with moose/elk/grizzly out of the Canadian wilderness. We have had this canoe on the Jefferson/Missouri rivers during high runoff, Hebgen Reservoir, Quake lake, Ennis Reservoir, Harrison Lake, Yellowstone Lake, Canyon Ferry, Flathead Lake and Cliff and Wade Lakes. With its design of the square stern to mount our electric motor it’s versatile and maneuvers very well. We have taken it out with 2 to 5 adults + camping gear. For being such a beast, it’s agile and comfy.
Canoe measures 14’x 2’6” and is in excellent shape.
