1969 Schwinn Breeze Deluxe. ALL ORIGINAL (except wear items).
D61-2, Deluxe Breeze Bendix Automatic 2-speed kickback.
This bike was just given a COMPLETE frame-off refurbish, new/like new tires, new tubes, new chain, EVERYTHING OVERHAULED AND TUNED! This stylish, step-through tourist bike features a Campus Green, Electro-forged 19'' frame, Schwinn Tubular S-5 wheels with 26" x 1 3/8 gum-wall sports touring tires. Styled with chrome plated fenders and a mattress saddle. This one shows minimal use and gorgeous patina for a 56 year old bike! Typical paint dings, very small dings in chrome fenders, very little rash on handlebars, a slight bend in one fender brace (hardly noticeable). Silk screening on chainguard is original and in great shape! Glitter grips cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY and in great shape. Pedals are not rashed out. Wheels have been trued. Both hubs, head assembly, and bottom bracket have been overhauled. The new owner of this bike will be very pleased and will last many years to come! It could be in front of your tree, or a loved one's, in time for Christmas! (Would look great with a big red bow on it.) Tons more pictures of refurbish process upon request.
