I have this set of blue and white dishes for sale. The set was made in Japan and I believe it comes from the 1940s-1950s. Included are 8 dinner plates, 8 cups, 8 saucers, and 7 bread and butter plates. The set has a few flaws such as random slight rough spots, stray spots of blue glaze on a couple of cups, tiny black dots in the bottom of a cup, etc. These are all from the making process. In additon, there is what looks like a small hairline crack inside one cup and a large chip on the edge of one dinner plate. Overall this is a nice set of dishes, especially for being over 70-80 years old. Please email if you are interested, have questions, or would like more photos.
