Here is a chance to own Bill Moomey's framed and signed western art: THE BURR. A renowned painter, horseman and sculpturer, he passed away in 2021. This piece shows a cowhand removing a burr from the bottom of his foot and across the bottom are words to effect: things like budget deficits don't seem important when you have a burr in your boot! Professionally framed, frame is satin finish chrome and the double matted image itself is 18" wide x 15" high and hand signed by the artist.
