Main House - 3 Bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with a loft, extended 2 car garage, and indoor wood sauna. Post and beam passive solar design on 1 acre in a great neighborhood 10 miles North of West Yellowstone and 38 minutes to Big Sky School. Can come furnished or unfurnished.
MIL Suite (optional) - Studio kitchenette above the garage with electric heat, private bath, and refrigerator, microwave, and hotplate.
Utilities:
Propane - 1000 gallon underground tank for the house, 500 gallon take for the garage, central wood stove in the house and the garage, solar assisted on demand rinnai water heater for infloor heat. Electric bill ran $80-120 and propane use was approximately 400 gallons for the house and 300 for the garage depending on wood stove use.
Terms:
Long term - 6 month lease followed by a month-to-month and a guarantee through June of 2026. Can come partially furnished (i.e. furniture and washer/dryer)
Short term - month to month with reimbursement for shorter stays. Utilities included with a monthly usage cap, internet, washer and dryer, furnished bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen.
Price Points:
