Looking for a (f) roommate over the age of 26 to share a 3 bedroom condo with 2 other (f)s starting January 1st. Rent is $900 per month plus utilities(electric/internet). This would a be a month-to-month lease with first month's rent plus security deposit needed at signing.

You will be sharing a bathroom. Common areas and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked-please do not bring any furnishing or large kitchen appliances as we do not have room. Your room will be empty. No pets/smoking of any kind. Off-street parking.

There are two professional (f)s currently living in the space. An energetic early bird who loves video games and plants as well as a go-getter who loves animals and interior design. We love to keep it clean at all times and ask you do the same. We will host every once and awhile but for the most part keep to ourselves.

Please feel free to email for more info. This is a gorgeous place to live right behind Target and Costco. We will not respond to anyone younger than 26 or if you are (m). We will be showing the room until the end of the year or until we find the right fit.
