Monthly rent is $2,850 and includes all utilities and WiFi (Yellowstone Fiber).
Damage deposit of $1,000, refundable upon move-out if no damage.
There is off street parking for one car, and ample space for street parking for additional cars. For longer term stays, space for your bikes and equipment in the storage shed may be available on a case by case basis.

This rental is of the main floor of the house. There is a basement apartment with a separate entrance that is rented out.
No smokers, no cats, no parties.
Dog(s) may be permitted on a case by case basis with additional damage deposit. Note that the downstairs tenant have one dog.
