Hello. We're offering a nice house in a wonderful neighborhood on One Acre on the edge of NE Bozeman. This house has 2 BR and 1 bath, nice open floorpan and a large Well Lit basement. Main floor sq. ft. = 1,076. Basement is 1,040.This basement could easily be another BR, office or flex space. There is a good sized shed for storage or a possible parking shelter. (There is no garage.) Also, super close to biking, hiking and dog parks. Tenant will be responsible for snow and lawn maintenance. The snow maintenance is a big task in winter, recommend tenant own and handle a medium sized snowblower.

Important Note: While house sits in a unique/private/quiet setting and is charming in its own way, it has never been remodeled or updated. Even given its older age, most of our previous renters happily stay many years. This is a very important point to understand.
