We are renting out our fully furnished Bozeman home on the west side of town in the Flanders Mill community. It's a very peaceful and lovely neighborhood with a small pond at the end of the block and a 10 acre park right across the street. It's right next to the Ridge for gym going and ton of grocery stores nearby (Town and Country, Albertsons, Whole Foods, etc.)
We recently had a child and the reason we're putting our furnished house up for rent is that we want to be closer to parents for part of the year. Our house has solar, whole home water filtration (every faucet produces filtered water), in unit full-size washer dryer, 3 car garage, air condition and heat, Soulcycle spin bike, and much more. It's fully stocked with all the appliances you'd want (and probably more). There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 sofa bed), a full size office, and a kids room. The kid's room could be converted into another bedroom without too much difficulty if needed.
Rent includes electric, gas, trash, fiber internet. Water bill will be passed onto the tenant at cost. No pets sorry. Also, we require a minimum 6 month rental (month to month thereafter).
Security deposit will be 1.5x monthly rent and photos will also be provided upon interest. Exact address will also be provided upon serious interest. Availability starting August 18th, 2025. Thanks and feel free to ask any questions.
