We have a master bedroom for rent for either a 6 or 12 month lease

- You would be considering the master suite, furnished with a king bed; private bath with Jack/Jill sinks
- Parking pass
- wood burning fireplace/ hot tub

- utilities are price locked and included in rent (electric, water, trash, internet)

The Financials
• Rent is $1,350/m per person
• Move-in is $6,000
- first-and-last / each
- plus a (single) $600 dep.
• Rent is due on the 10th and we use Zelle
• Finally, my current sublease will be moving out before the 30th, so you and could have as much as two weeks free depending on your dates

Particulars
• Unfortunately, nobody has parking access to the garage. It’s been deemed a common space since there’s no way to fairly share it - we’re all just gonna have to unbury our cars this winter 🥶
• My partner and I are both in the hospitality industry, and our roommate is a local driver
• With the exception of our room, the first floor is common space; it’s tidy, sometimes a little “lived in,” never dirty.
• I do most of the cleaning and garbage removal; I interface with the owner, Nick, about anything I cannot fix or service myself (like appliances), and I’m happy to take care of any maintenance you might need
• Finally, it’s worth stating, I am the property manager - not the landlord. The prices and details that are listed above are the prices and details offered. You might think this doesn’t need to be reiterated, but you would be surprised :/
