Location: Hybrid Remote (100% Remote/work from home Option, OR Hybrid working from and working in the Belgrade office if a sales rep wants to be around and with co-workers)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. No prior experience in insurance sales is required; we are looking for candidates with a strong desire to learn and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads generated by the company and guiding them through the sales process to secure insurance coverage tailored to their needs. If you have a passion for helping others and are eager to learn, this may be a fit.

- Contact leads generated by the company through various channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the insurance requirements and financial goals of clients
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions and provide clear explanations of coverage options and benefits
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, providing assistance and support as needed
- Meet or exceed your own sales targets and performance metrics set by the individual

- No prior experience in insurance sales required; ability and willingness to learn is essential
- Active insurance license in the state where business will be conducted. If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe (we assist with cost for new hires)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with sales CRM software and other relevant tools and technology is a plus, but not required; ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Computer, cell phone, and access to internet

- Very flexible schedules. Our brokers make their own schedules every week.
- Part Time: 15-20 hours per week
- Full Time: 25-45 hours per week

- Part-Time (1-2 sales per week): $25,000 - $50,000/year income *
- Average Full-time (3-5 sales per week): $75,000 - $125,000/year income *
- Above Average Full-time (6-8 sales per week): $150,000 - $200,000/year income*
- Exceptional Full-time (9-12 sales per week): $225,000 - $300,000/year income *

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographical areas in which you choose to work.
