Job Type: Full-time or Part-time in OUR OFFICE!
Pay: From $28.00 to $32.00 per hour DOE

Experience Required: -Quickbooks (we do not use quickbooks online), Excel, Quatro, Word
Qualifications:
*Experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
*Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
*Financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting skills
*Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
*Organizational skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*The ability to continue to be trained and take suggestions
*Provide excellent client service in a timely manner
*Pro-active and meticulous about accuracy and details
*Ability to work in a Team atmosphere
*Strong communication skills
Responsibilities: -Accounts receivable, -Accounts payable, Payroll,
Other duties will include but are not limited to: working the front counter, direct contact with customers, answering phones, bookkeeping, filing.
